We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executives who can efficiently handle inbound & outbound leads, engage prospects, and convert them into successful business closures. • 🎯 Key Responsibilities
• 📞 Handle inbound & outbound calls from digital marketing leads
• 💬 Engage with customers via calls, WhatsApp & CRM platforms
• 🧲 Understand customer requirements and convert into buisness
• 📊 Maintain and update lead status in CRM regularly
• 🎯 Convert leads into store visits / closures
• 🔁 Perform timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
• 🤝 Coordinate with branch teams for seamless customer experience
• 📈 Achieve daily, weekly & monthly targets
• 
• 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
• ✔️ Minimum 1–3 years experience in telesales / inside sales / lead handling
• ✔️ Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + English mandatory)
• ✔️ Experience working with CRM tools & WhatsApp communication
• ✔️ Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively
• ✔️ Target-oriented mindset with a sales-driven attitude
