Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to handle leads generated through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and website inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for calling interested customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Call leads received from social media campaigns

Explain product/service details clearly

Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions

Follow up with interested prospects

Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheet

Coordinate with sales team for closures

Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)

Basic computer knowledge

Experience in telesales preferred

Freshers with good communication can apply
