Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who can speak confidently with customers over the phone and generate sales leads for Aster’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Call customers and explain Aster’s products and services clearly
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
• Maintain proper call records and customer details
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team when required
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
• Handle customer questions politely and professionally

Skills Required:-

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language)
• Basic knowledge of sales or willingness to learn
• Ability to convince and build trust with customers
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling apps – if any)
• Positive attitude and confidence while speaking
