Telecalling Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Plan and monitor outbound and inbound calling activities
• Set performance benchmarks and track key metrics such as call volume, conversions, and talk time
• Coach and train telecallers on communication skills, product knowledge, and objection handling
• Ensure quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines are followed
• Review call recordings and provide constructive feedback
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively
• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new telecallers
