Job Description
- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue or delinquent accounts.
- Remind and negotiate with customers for payment of pending dues.
- Record call details and update the CRM system with remarks and next follow-up date.
- Coordinate with field collection executives for escalated or high-bucket cases.
- Manage inbound calls and resolve payment-related or billing disputes.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, company, and DRA guidelines during customer interactions.
- DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification will be considered a strong advantage / added qualification.
