Communication Skills: Maintain polite, professional, and firm communication to ensure positive customer interaction while achieving recovery targets.

Target Achievement: Work towards monthly or weekly recovery goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skip Tracing: Identify and locate customers who are difficult to reach using available databases or alternative contact methods.

Coordination: Collaborate with the field collection team, accounts department, and management to streamline recovery operations.

Reporting: Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on collection performance, recovery status, and challenges faced.
