Job Description
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers, generate leads through events, calls, or referrals, and actively sell credit cards.
- Product Expertise: Clearly explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and promotional offers (e.g., rewards, discounts).
- Application Management: Guide customers through the application process, verify documents, and ensure timely submission.
- Cross-Selling: Promote other financial products like loans, or bank accounts (CASA).
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
