Telesales Executive

We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive (B2B) to generate leads, handle outbound calling, and close deals. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, experienced in tele sales or B2B sales, and target-driven.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups

• Explain products/services clearly and pitch solutions as per client needs

• Schedule meetings and conduct virtual product demos (Zoom/Teams/Google Meet)

• Handle objections and close sales deals

• Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and deal status in CRM

• Achieve daily call targets, monthly sales targets, and KPIs

• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients

Required Skills

• Tele Sales / Telesales Experience

• B2B Sales & Business Development

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation

• Strong Communication & Convincing Skills

• Objection Handling & Negotiation

• Sales Closing Techniques

• CRM Tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho – preferred)

• Basic Computer Knowledge

• MS Excel, Email, Zoom/Teams

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months experience in Tele Sales / B2B Sales (preferred)

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Immediate joiners preferred
