Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and referrals.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products/services and how they address customer needs.
• Negotiation & Closing: Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
