Telesales Executive

We have cafe and qsr outlet chain in Bengal and Bangalore. We expand our outles in franchise model.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Franchise Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential franchise partners, explaining our business model, generating leads, and assisting in the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential franchise prospects from provided databases or leads.
• Explain the franchise opportunity, investment details, and business benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Handle inbound inquiries from interested candidates regarding franchise partnerships.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to nurture interest and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the Franchise Development or Sales Manager to schedule meetings or presentations.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on lead progress and conversion.
