Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Baruipur. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves developing and maintaining employer branding, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and using various recruitment tools and techniques to attract the best talent.
