Telesales Executive

We are looking to hire a dedicated, confident, and efficient Sales and telecaller executive to support our growing client base.

The main responsibilities include:

Providing telephone support to clients

Explaining our products/services

Generating leads

Converting potential leads into active clients

This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, well-spoken, and passionate about customer interaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing client calls

Provide accurate information and support to clients

Identify potential customers and generate new leads

Conduct follow-ups with prospects regularly

Maintain customer relationships and address queries professionally

Update CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

🔹 Requirements:Minimum HS/Graduate (any stream)

Prior experience in Tele-calling or Sales preferred

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

Confident telephone etiquette

Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus)

Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Strong time-management and coordination skills
