Telesales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain and update customer databases regularly
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections effectively and close deals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus

Education:

• Minimum High School / Graduate (any stream)
