Telesales Executive

 We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and generate new sales through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers in a compelling and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to management.
• Provide excellent post-sale customer service and support.
