We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive to strengthen our sales pipeline and drive revenue through effective lead generation and customer engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients.
• Promote company services including travel packages, MICE services, events, hospitality products, and digital solutions.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead statuses, and customer data in CRM systems.
• Conduct follow-ups on inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
• Handle objections and provide appropriate information or solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth handover and service delivery.
• Share customer feedback to improve marketing and sales strategy.
• RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales (experience in travel, hospitality, or events will be preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.
