Telesales Executive

Job Title: International Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and target-driven International Telesales Executives to handle outbound sales calls for global clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in pitching products/services over the phone, and a strong ability to close sales with international customers.

Shift Timings:

Monday to Friday: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Saturday: Half Day

Sunday: Fixed Off

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound sales calls to international prospects and customers

- Present and promote products/services clearly and confidently

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

- Handle objections and negotiate to close sales

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems

- Follow up with interested leads and warm prospects

- Deliver a high level of customer experience on every call

Required Skills:

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken)

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

- Experience in international sales/telesales preferred

- Comfortable with target-based performance

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge

- Ability to work in early morning shifts

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

- Prior experience in international telesales or voice process is an advantage

- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
