Job Title: Telesales Agent – AMC Sales

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Commission after achieving targets

Job Overview:We are ing for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and a customer-oriented approach. This role requires handling outbound sales calls, following up on leads, and ensuring high conversion rates.

1. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Outreach:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell AMCs.
• Explain the benefits of the AMC service in a clear and convincing manner.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate AMC plans.

1. Lead Management & Follow-ups:

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales efficiently.
• Re-engage with previous customers to renew AMCs.

1. Target Achievement & Revenue Growth:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Work towards achieving higher commissions by consistently hitting targets.

1. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle customer objections and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns professionally.

1. Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain daily call logs and sales records.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on customer interactions and market trends.
• Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation is a plus).
• Experience: 1-2 years in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
• Customer Handling: Ability to engage with customers professionally and maintain good relationships.
• Target-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven to achieve monthly sales goals.
