Telesales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, pitching products/services, and converting prospects into customers. Candidates with excellent communication and negotiation skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information to potential customers.
• Deliver persuasive and effective sales pitches to generate interest and drive conversions.
• Perform lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Close deals by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales conversion targets.
• Apply strong negotiation skills to handle objections and finalize sales.
• Manage efficient call handling, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain updated records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or internal tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
