Tele Sales Executive – | Full-Time

Location:  Park Street,Kolkata,

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Experience: 0–3 years ( Insurance/Banking/Loan/Credit Card Sales experience preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to drive footfalls and increase revenue through effective communication. The role involves calling potential customers, managing follow-ups, coordinating appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads from various sources and convert them into appointments.
• Communicate with clients via phone calls,and WhatsApp,
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong lead pipelines.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance regularly.

Skills & Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Customer Service / Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or Bengali).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
