๐งพ Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls, explain banking software solutions to clients, manage CRM records, and achieve high-value sales targets across B2B, B2C, SMB, and Enterprise segments.
- ๐ฏ Key Responsibilities๐ Make outbound & inbound sales calls to prospective customers
- ๐ฆ Explain banking software products & solutions clearly
- ๐ฏ Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
- ๐ค Handle B2B, B2C, SMB & Enterprise sales
- ๐ Update and maintain customer data in CRM software
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Use strong convincing skills to close deals
- ๐ Follow up with leads and channel partners
- ๐ Support channel & telemarketing sales activities
- ๐ Eligibility Criteria:
- ๐ Age: 20 โ 30 years
- ๐จโ๐ผ๐ฉโ๐ผ Gender: Both genders allowed
- ๐ Education: 12th Pass
- ๐ฃ๏ธ English: Basic English
- ๐ผ Experience: Minimum 6 months (Telesales / Telecalling preferred)
- ๐ Shift: Day Shift (Full Time)
