Job Title: TeleSales Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V (Near Times of India Building), Kolkata

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description:

We are hiring Female TeleSales Executives for a telecalling and counselling process at our Salt Lake Sector V office. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, explaining services, and converting leads into sales. Training will be provided by our team, along with attractive incentives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Counsel customers and explain products/services
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain call records and customer details
• Achieve daily and monthly targets

Working Days & Timings:

• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Saturday: Till 2:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi / English / Bengali preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
