Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Care Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  2. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  3. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  4. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
  5. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
  6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  7. Provide product/service information and resolve customer queries.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and performance.


Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in customer care, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  3. Ability to handle rejections and objections confidently.
  4. Good knowledge of CRM software and call center systems (preferred).
  5. Target-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
