Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Care Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide product/service information and resolve customer queries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer care, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and objections confidently.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and call center systems (preferred).
- Target-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
