Job Description
- Make outbound calls to students/parents from provided leads.
- Provide detailed information about courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested candidates via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Schedule counseling sessions, webinars, or campus visits with education counselors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in Excel.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
- Handle basic queries and transfer complex inquiries to academic counselors.
- Provide after-enrollment support as required.
