Job Description
- Make outbound calls to business clients (SMEs, startups, corporates)
- Explain certification and compliance services (ISO, quality, safety, and regulatory standards)
- Identify client requirements and pitch suitable certification solutions
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales/consulting team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in spreadsheets
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
- Maintain professional communication and build long-term client relationships
