Telesales Executive

Responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling site visits through outbound/inbound calls, often aiming for high-value sales. They require strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills to explain property features, with roles often featuring a mix of fixed salary and performance incentives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Making outbound calls to potential clients, managing inbound inquiries, and converting leads into site visits.
• Property Promotion: Clearly explaining project details, amenities, and pricing to prospects.
• Scheduling Site Visits: Coordinating with clients and on-ground sales teams to arrange site visits.
• CRM Maintenance: Keeping accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and data in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Working towards daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, sales, or real estate.
• Communication: Excellent verbal skills in local languages/English, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and property types.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Education: A graduate degree is often required, though not always mandatory. 

Industry Context

• Working Conditions: Usually a 6-day work week in an office or, in some cases, work from site.
