Telesales Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via calls, messages, and in-person meetings
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Explain company services, plans, and processes clearly
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support branch targets and daily operational activities
• RequirementsGraduate or equivalent qualification
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Bengali preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Customer-handling or sales experience preferred (freshers may apply)
