Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion

• Call potential customers from provided databases/leads
• Explain products/services clearly and generate interest
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
• Maintain daily call targets and conversion ratios

2. Follow-ups & Relationship Management

• Follow up with warm leads and existing customers regularly
• Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
• Ensure timely communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email

3. Payment & Collections Follow-up

• Call customers for outstanding payments and dues
• Send reminders and coordinate with accounts team
• Maintain records of commitments and follow-ups

4. CRM & Reporting

• Update call status, remarks, and outcomes in CRM (e.g., Bigin)
• Track daily/weekly performance metrics (calls, conversions, collections)
• Maintain accurate customer data

5. Coordination

• Work closely with sales, accounts, and operations teams
• Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
