Telesales Executive

Arras Furnishing LLP is a growing company specializing exclusively in premium sofa fabrics. We are looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketer to connect with customers, generate leads, and support our sales team.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and growing with a company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall existing and potential customers to introduce our sofa fabric products
• Generate leads and book appointments for the sales team
• Maintain a daily call log and customer follow-up records
• Clearly explain product features, designs, and usage
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Share daily updates and feedback with the manager
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and Bengali (English is a plus)
• Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
