Role: Business Development

The person in this role will be responsible for Business Development activities, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management, along with back-office support for smooth business operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

Experience        :              2+ years

Salary                   :              Rs. 15,000/- to 30,000/- per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Location              :              Akankha More, New Town, Kolkata

Reporting to     :              Sales Head

Nature of Job    :              Work from Office

Responsibilities

·        Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

·        Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

·        Generate leads, fix appointments, and maintain follow-up with prospects.

·        Update customer feedback and interaction details in the CRM/system.

·        Maintain cordial relations with clients for repeat business and referrals.

·        Maintain and update databases, records, and reports on a daily/weekly basis.

·        Prepare MIS reports, sales trackers, and documentation as required.

·        Handle email correspondence and official communication.

·        Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations.
