📞 Job Title: Telecaller – Educational Counsellor

📍 Location: Madhyamgram, Jessore Road, Kolkata

🕒 Experience: Minimum 1 year (Education sector preferred)

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:☎️ Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote educational courses and programs.
• 💬 Counsel students on course selection, admission procedures, and career guidance.
• 📋 Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM.
• 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure high conversion rates.
• 🎓 Guide walk-in inquiries at the center and assist them through the admission process.
• 📈 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team success.
• ✅ Requirements:📚 Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Educational Counsellor.
• 💡 Excellent communication and convincing skills (Bengali, Hindi & English preferred).
• 💻 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling).
• 🌟 Positive attitude, target-oriented, and good interpersonal skills.

💰 Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & performance)
