Job Description

A Telesales Executive is a sales professional who focuses on selling products or services over the phone. They engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and persuade them to make a purchase. This role is crucial for driving revenue and growth, and it's often a good fit for individuals with strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset. 

Key Responsibilities:

Generating Sales Leads:

Reaching out to prospective clients to build awareness of products/services, informing existing customers about new offerings, and handling inbound calls from leads.

Direct Sales:

Persuading leads to make purchases, targeting previous customers for repeat business, and processing orders.

Customer Service:

Providing support to customers, answering inquiries, and handling follow-up calls after sales.

Reporting and Account Management:

Creating sales reports, managing customer accounts, and tracking daily activities. 

Essential Skills:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for engaging with customers and conveying information effectively.

Persuasion: Ability to convince potential customers of the value of the products or services.

Negotiation: Skills in closing deals and negotiating prices.

Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide satisfactory solutions.

Time Management: Effective time management to meet sales targets and manage multiple tasks.

Sales Techniques: Knowledge of various sales strategies and techniques
