Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our on-site sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, presenting our digital solutions, and closing deals over phone and Google Meet. Candidates must have a basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Website Design, SEO, eCommerce, and Branding Services to effectively communicate with clients.

• Key Responsibilities Conduct inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable services such as website design, digital marketing, SEO, branding, and eCommerce solutions.
• Deliver clear, confident sales presentations over phone or Google Meet and close deals.
• Maintain daily follow-ups to maximize conversions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Update lead status and activities in CRM/Excel on a regular basis.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Required Skills Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and/or Hindi.
• Basic technical understanding of digital marketing and web development concepts.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Ability to deliver professional presentations over call/Google Meet.
• Proactive, target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Qualifications Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) or Graduation in any stream.
• Prior experience in tele-sales, digital sales, or BPO is preferred.
