🔹 Work Schedule

• 6-day working (Sunday off)
• Day shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

🔹 About the Role: The Telecalling Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing IndiaMART sellers over the phone, understanding their business needs, and promoting IndiaMART’s subscription plans. The role involves lead generation, product explanation, client onboarding, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing IndiaMART sellers.

• Explain IndiaMART paid services and subscription plans clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Resolve client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Share feedback and market insights with the team.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Graduate

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales/ telecalling/ customer service (freshers welcome).
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
