Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Sales & Marketing Executive for an office-based role. The ideal candidate should be calm, composed, and confident in communication, with the ability to handle customer interactions, sales coordination, and follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Manage complete sales coordination process, including:
• Product inquiries
• Order processing
• Payment follow-ups
• Maintain strong and professional customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
• Use company software/tech platform for:
• Daily work updates
• Order tracking
• Customer data management
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales inquiries
• Maintain proper records and reports of daily activities

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Fluent and confident in speaking with customers
• Calm, composed, and professional personality
• Strong customer handling and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of computers/laptops and software usage
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company systems
• Prior experience in sales/customer support is preferred
