Telesales Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answer questions, and help drive business growth.

• Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
• Explain products or services and generate interest
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues
• Maintain records of conversations and update the CRM
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
