Job Summary:

Lamda Infotech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers over calls, explaining our products/services, and converting prospects into successful sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company services.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales deals.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
• Basic English communication skills required; Bengali/Hindi preferred.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance incentives.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Average Incentive: ₹5,000 per month (Performance-based)
• Earning Potential: Up to ₹20,000 per month
