Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tender Executive responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting GeM, e-procurement, and offline tenders, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search, evaluate, and download tenders from GeM, CPPP, State portals, etc.
• Prepare and submit GeM bids including BOQ, technical & commercial documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs and pricing
• Handle pre-bid queries, corrigendum tracking, and bid clarifications
• Ensure timely submission and compliance with tender conditions
• Maintain tender trackers, EMD, BG, and bid documentation

Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
• Hands-on experience in GeM portal tendering
• Knowledge of e-procurement portals and tender documentation
• Good coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills

Preferred:

• Experience in Technology / EPC / Infrastructure projects
• Familiar with OEM coordination and compliance documents
