Tender Executive

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with strong knowledge of government and PSU tenders related to steel products and project supply. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender lifecycle including identification, documentation, pricing coordination, and e-tender submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track tenders related to TMT bars, structural steel, MS plates, coils, and sheets.
• Monitor portals such as GeM, CPPP, Railways, NTPC, CPWD, Power Grid, IOCL, and other PSU portals.
• Prepare technical bid documents, compliance sheets, and required certifications.
• Coordinate with management and accounts for BOQ pricing, GST calculations, and cost analysis.
• Manage EMD, tender fees, performance bank guarantees, and security deposit requirements.
• Handle end-to-end e-tender submission including DSC usage.
• Track tender progress until technical qualification, price bid opening, and order finalization.

Required Skills

• Experience in steel industry tendering
• Knowledge of government & PSU tender procedures
• Familiarity with BOQ, IS standards, and inspection requirements
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation tools

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Commerce / Business / Management
• Experience minimum 2 years of experience in tender management
• Experience in steel supply, manufacturing, EPC, or infrastructure tenders preferred
