Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller / Student Counselor to guide and counsel students regarding Ph.D., UG & PG admissions. The role involves handling leads, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.
- 📋 Key Responsibilities:📞 Call and follow up with interested students (leads provided)
- 🎓 Explain course details (Ph.D., MBA, BBA, MCA, etc.) clearly
- 💬 Provide proper counseling based on student requirements
- 📝 Maintain call records and update CRM / lead status
- 🔁 Regular follow-ups to convert leads into admissions
- 🤝 Build trust and maintain good relationships with students
