Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable tour package options.
  • Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport vendors, and local partners.
  • Manage reservations, ticketing, and travel documentation.
  • Assist customers before, during, and after travel (support & follow-up).
  • Maintain client records, tour files, and payment details.
  • Ensure timely execution of tours and resolve on-trip issues.
  • Support sales team in achieving monthly booking targets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS and operations reports.
  • Maintain service quality and adhere to company policies.
  • Skills & Competencies Strong communication and customer-handling skills
  • Knowledge of domestic & international destinations
  • Familiarity with GDS / ticketing / booking platforms (preferred)
  • Planning & coordination abilities
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Basic MS Office proficiency
  • Education & Experience Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality
  • 1–3 years of experience in tour operations or travel consultancy
  • Freshers may be considered for junior roles
