Job Opening: Sales, Operations & Field Marketing Executive – Travel Company

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and result-driven professional to join our team in a multi-functional role that combines sales expertise, operational coordination, and field marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interaction, skilled at closing deals, organized in managing travel operations, and comfortable with on-ground business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management

• Promote and pitch travel packages to new and existing clients (B2B and B2C)
• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social platforms
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach
• Build long-term relationships with corporate and retail clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate client records
• Provide professional follow-ups and after-sales support

Operations Coordination

• Manage post-booking processes and ensure smooth tour execution
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors
• Monitor itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation
• Assist travelers during their journey and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure a seamless and satisfactory travel experience for clients

Field Marketing & Business Development

• Visit companies, partners, and potential clients to promote services
• Build strong B2B connections and generate new business opportunities
• Conduct presentations and networking meetings
• Strengthen brand visibility through direct interaction and on-ground marketing
• Maintain reports of visits, leads, and conversions
