We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to plan and manage customized domestic tour packages( Sikkim-Darjeeling, Assam, Arunacha, Meghalaya, Bhutan, Andaman, Odisha, Kolkata Nearby). This role involves client interaction, bookings, vendor coordination, and end-to-end travel management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget

·        Book flights, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing services

·        Manage payments, invoices, and travel-related documentation accurately

·        Clearly explain cancellation policies, refunds, and applicable charges

·        Coordinate with vendors and negotiate competitive rates

·        Handle and resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

·        Experience in Travel & Tourism

·        Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Agent

·        Strong communication and client-handling skills

·        Working proficiency in Hindi and Basic English (additional languages preferred)
