Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented In-House Sales Executive to join our travel agency. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and delivering customized travel solutions to clients. This is an office-based role focused on sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, social media, and walk-in clients

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages

Design and sell domestic and international holiday packages

Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets

Upsell services such as hotels, transfers, sightseeing, visa assistance, and insurance

Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and vendors for bookings and confirmations

Maintain client records and follow up for repeat business

Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills

Strong communication and sales skills

Good knowledge of travel destinations and packages

Ability to handle clients and close sales effectively

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)

Customer-focused and target-driven approach

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)

Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Prior experience in travel sales will be an added advantage
