UI / UX Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a UI Designer who has a strong visual sense and can craft clean, modern, and conversion-focused interfaces. You’ll work closely with founders, product managers, and developers to design websites and digital products that are both beautiful and functional.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and web apps
• Translate ideas and requirements into clear, intuitive UI designs
• Create pixel-perfect designs using Figma
• Build and maintain design systems, components, and style guides
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data
• Ensure consistency across screens, breakpoints, and platforms
• RequirementsStrong portfolio showcasing UI design work (web & product)
• Proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, variants)
• Solid understanding of typography, color, spacing, and layout
• Experience designing responsive interfaces
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
• Good communication and presentation skills

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of UX principles and user flows
• Experience designing for Webflow or handing off designs to Webflow developers
• Familiarity with branding and visual identity systems
• Experience working in agencies or fast-paced startup environments
