- Handle outbound/inbound calls for the US Energy process.
- Provide information, assist customers, and ensure issue resolution.
- Maintain call quality and adhere to company policies.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets.
Location: Rajarhat Kolkata

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun Fixed Off)
