US Travel Sales Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound travel sales calls for US customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide best travel deals
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in night shift (US time zone)
• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Prior experience in international voice process or travel sales preferred (freshers with great communication can apply)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Goal-driven with a learning attitude
