Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Executive to support our digital marketing efforts. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content optimized for social media, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for:
• Social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook)
• Performance marketing ads
• Website and app promotions
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver content accordingly
• Create short-form, high-engagement videos with strong hooks and storytelling
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, duration, formats)
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content
• Stay updated with the latest trends, reels formats, and viral content styles
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Required SkillsProficiency in video editing tools such as:

Canva → Design + thumbnails

CapCut → Reels + ads

DaVinci Resolve → High-quality edits

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work fast and iterate based on feedback
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and ad creatives
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in performance marketing creatives (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Knowledge of color grading and sound design
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Video engagement rates (views, likes, shares, watch time)
