Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Volunteer Fundraisers. In this role, you will represent our NGO on the field, interact with people, and create awareness about our initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to explain our mission, ongoing projects, and the impact of our work—while encouraging potential donors to contribute towards our caus

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned field locations daily for outreach activities.
• Approach and engage with individuals to explain the mission and work of the NGO.
• Clearly communicate how donations help beneficiaries and contribute to ongoing programs.
• Convince and motivate potential donors to support the cause through contributions.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with the public.

• Record donor details, maintain basic documentation, and report daily progress to the team leader.
• Uphold the values and integrity of the organization during all engagements.
