Waiter

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing attentive and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and present menus

Take accurate food and beverage orders

Serve meals and drinks promptly and correctly

Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials

Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction

Clear tables and reset them for new guests

Process bills and handle cash or card payments

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations

Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff

Requirements & Skills:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good time management and multitasking skills

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Basic math skills for handling payments

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for long periods

Ability to carry trays and lift moderate weights
