Job Summary

We are a well-established restaurant in Agartala with 14 years of service excellence. We are looking for polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters / Stewards to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining cleanliness and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly as per restaurant standards
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well maintained
• Assist guests with menu selections and respond to their queries
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in dining and service areas
• Handle customer requests and complaints politely
• Follow restaurant rules, safety, and hygiene guidelines

Requirements

Minimum basic education preferred

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali preferred)
• Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team
• Prior restaurant experience is an advantage but not mandatory
